Delivery Information: Delivery is FREE to the UK mainland. For deliveries to the ROI please call for details. Delivery is usually within 3-5 days, although please allow up to 7 days for delivery. Please note: Goods must be signed for therefore, please ensure that someone is available to sign at the delivery address. A work address can be given if convenient. Whilst delivery is FREE, charges may be applied if initial delivery fails.

General Information Prices are inclusive of VAT. Please note that when you pay by card, your account is NOT debited until we have despatched your order.

Money Back Guarantee: We hope you are pleased with your order, however if you are not completely satisfied just return it to us in a saleable condition, in its original undamaged packaging within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or issue a refund. Any damaged goods must be reported within 24hrs of receipt. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Returns: If for any reason you need to return your goods, please complete the form which will be enclosed with your delivery. To allow us to deal with your return promptly, send it together with the returning item to the address shown at the top of the form. We recommend you obtain a proof of postage certificate (free) from your Post Office when returning parcels. This form must accompany the returns parcel or we will be unable to process it.
